  NOT impressed by the customer service I received tonight. Getting stuck in traffic , I double checked the closing hours, which on Google states 7pm. I walked in ten minutes after six, to be told they were closed and I could not buy dog food. I feed my dogs raw and Columbia River is one of my go to brands. To have exact cash in hand and to be refused service an hour before closing was ridiculous. The lady was totally rude and blew me off, like she cared more about getting out the door. Luckily, my negative experience at Paws turned to be positive to find Lucky Dog Outfitters on 6th Avenue where I now will be taking my future business. They also stated they wouldn't refuse service even after closing hours.
